2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of fg99, you are required to register an account and complete identity verification. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Attempting to open, operate or access more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • 2All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method are only permitted following full KYC verification and a compliance review.
  • 3Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during public holidays in Bangladesh (including Eid, Victory Day and Independence Day), or when additional security checks are required.
  • 4fg99 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, fg99 may conduct an investigation and request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
  • 5Deposits credited to your fg99 account by error (technical fault, payment gateway glitch or duplicate credit) must be reported to customer support immediately. fg99 reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits regardless of whether the funds have been wagered or partially withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fg99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out at the time of the offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

  • 1The fg99 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more, made within 7 days of registration. The bonus matches 100% of the qualifying deposit amount up to a maximum bonus of ৳20,000.
  • 2All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. Players must complete all wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all winnings forfeited and all pending withdrawals cancelled. fg99 may also refer the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
  • 1Opening or operating more than one player account on fg99, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is strictly prohibited. fg99 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.
  • 2Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with, access or exploit any fg99 game, feature or promotion is prohibited.
  • 3Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of payment methods not registered in your name, disputed chargebacks, or any form of financial manipulation designed to circumvent fg99's payment and verification systems, is strictly forbidden.
  • 4Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions or achieve an unfair advantage over fg99 or other players is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral.
  • 5Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors in any fg99 game or platform feature to gain an undue financial advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported to fg99 support immediately and will be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fg99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, trademarks and promotional materials — is the property of fg99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the fg99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, modify or adapt any part of the fg99 platform without the prior written consent of fg99. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fg99.

8. Limitation of Liability

fg99 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

  • 1fg99 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fg99 platform, even if fg99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • 2fg99 accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment gateway outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action or widespread internet infrastructure failures.
  • 3Where fg99's liability cannot be excluded by law, fg99's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination and Suspension

fg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fg99 reasonably believes that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct, has provided false information during registration or KYC, or where continued account operation presents a risk to fg99, other players or the integrity of the platform.

You may close your fg99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals that have passed verification will be processed to the payment method on file. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money funds held in a verified, good-standing account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the general principles of commercial law. fg99 does not make any claim to specific regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body.
